Prospector
The Prospector automatically discovers potential leads from public business registries and directories.
Discovered contacts are enriched with publicly available information and added to your contact list for outreach campaigns.
- OpenKvK (Netherlands) Dutch Chamber of Commerce public registry — company name, address, SBI codes, registration data
- OpenStreetMap / Overpass Geographic business data — location, opening hours, contact details, business type
Discovery Filters
- Location — City, province, or postal code area
- Industry — Filter by SBI code or business sector
- Company size — Filter by employee count range
- Radius — Search within a geographic radius (km)
Outreach Funnels
Funnels define the sequence of touchpoints for engaging a contact. Build multi-stage campaigns with automated follow-ups.
- Define funnel stages (e.g., Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Conversion).
- Create message templates for each stage with personalization variables.
- Set timing rules for automatic progression between stages.
- Assign contacts to the funnel and monitor their progression.
Funnel Stages
Each funnel consists of sequential stages that guide the contact from initial awareness to conversion.
- Awareness Initial contact — introducing your company and value proposition
- Interest Follow-up contact — providing more details based on initial engagement signals
- Consideration Detailed engagement — sharing case studies, demos, or tailored proposals
- Conversion Closing stage — scheduling a meeting, requesting a quote, or signing up
Contact Management
Contacts are the people and companies you engage with through outreach campaigns. Each contact has a detailed profile.

Message Templates
Templates define the content for each outreach touchpoint. InnFuse supports multiple message types per channel.
- Email — HTML email with personalization variables and tracking
- Slack — Direct message via Slack with rich formatting
- WhatsApp — Business message template (requires pre-approval by Meta)
Slack Reply Integration
When connected to Slack, outreach contacts who reply are automatically routed to the appropriate Slack channel.
This enables your team to seamlessly continue conversations that start as outreach and transition into active engagement.
- Connect Slack as a channel in your InnFuse workspace.
- Configure the outreach reply channel in Settings > Outreach > Slack Integration.
- Incoming replies from outreach contacts are posted as threaded messages in the configured channel.
Activity Tracking
Every outreach action is tracked in real time, giving you full visibility into campaign performance.
- Message sent to contact
- Contact opened the message
- Contact replied to the message
- Contact status changed (e.g., from prospect to qualified)
- Notes added by agents or team members
