Credits
InnFuse uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are consumed when agents process messages, search the knowledge base, or execute tools.
Credit costs vary by model. Claude and GPT-4 consume more credits per token than Mistral or Claude Haiku.
How Credits Are Used
- Message processing — 1–5 credits depending on model and response length
- Tool execution — 0.5–2 credits depending on tool complexity
- Knowledge Base search — 0.5 credits per query
- Web search — 2 credits per search
Tip Use Mistral or Claude Haiku for high-volume, simple tasks to conserve credits. Reserve Claude Opus or GPT-4 for complex reasoning.
Token Costs by Model
Credit costs depend on the AI model used. The table below shows the cost per 1,000 tokens for each supported model.

Billing
Manage your subscription and billing from Settings > Subscription in your dashboard.
- Billing Cycle Subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
- Payment Methods We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and iDEAL via our payment providers.
- Invoices Invoices are generated automatically and available for download in your dashboard.
- Plan Changes Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.
- Cancellation Cancel anytime. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Tip Enable credit notifications in Settings to receive an alert when your credits are running low.
